goods, and specialty items. Due to the technical nature of cleaning, repair, and restoration
services, customers are requested to carefully read the following policy before placing an order.
By submitting an item, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed below.
Tryon Laundry is not responsible for damages such as: • Color bleeding or color transfer • Color fading or change • Shrinkage or deformation • Peeling or cracking • Weakening of material • Adhesive failure • Texture alteration These may occur due to: • Age of the product • Wear and tear • Storage conditions • Previous repairs • Manufacturing defects • Sensitivity to moisture, heat, or chemicals Items that are structurally weak or heavily worn carry inherent risk during processing.
While we use industry-grade techniques and products, not all stains, odors, discoloration, or damages can be completely removed. Certain stains may be permanent, including but not limited to: • Oil or grease stains • Dye transfer • Chemical burns • Mold damage • Water damage • Ink stains • Oxidation-related yellowing Services are chargeable regardless of final outcome.
After cleaning or restoration, the product may not retain its exact original look.
Possible changes include:
• Slight color variation
• Texture changes
• Increased visibility of natural marks
• Surface dullness or shine variation
• Minor structural differences
These outcomes are considered normal for professional restoration processes.
Leather and suede are natural materials and may contain: • Scars • Veins • Grain variations • Pores • Natural spots or markings Such characteristics may become more noticeable after cleaning. Tryon Laundry does not consider these defects.
Tryon Laundry is not responsible for pre-existing issues including:
• Tears or cracks
• Weak stitching
• Loose soles
• Internal deterioration
• Hidden stains
• Discoloration beneath dirt layer.
Some damage may only become visible during or after cleaning.
6. Repair & Reconstruction Risks
Repair work aims to restore usability and appearance but may not replicate factory finish.

All services are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cleaning, repair, and restoration are irreversible processes and cannot be undone.
We maintain strict handling protocols to safeguard all items. However, Tryon Laundry shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by uncontrollable events including: • Fire • Flood • Natural disasters • Theft or burglary • Civil disturbances • Accidents beyond operational control
While we take utmost care during pickup and delivery, Tryon Laundry is not responsible for
damage or loss caused during transit due to:
• Traffic accidents
• External handling conditions
• Courier failures
• Unforeseen logistical incidents
In case of verified loss or damage attributable directly to Tryon Laundry, compensation (if approved) shall not exceed 1–5 times the service charge for that particular item. Original purchase value or sentimental value will not be considered.
Tryon Laundry reserves the right to decline service for items that: • Are excessively damaged • Pose hygiene risks • Are structurally unsound • May damage equipment • Have hazardous contamination
Customers must remove all valuables before submission, including:
• Cash
• Jewelry
• Electronic items
• Accessories
• Documents
Tryon Laundry is not responsible for loss of such items.
Customers must disclose any relevant details about the item, including: • Prior repairs • Material sensitivities • Known defects • Special care instructions We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
In case of any dispute regarding condition or damage: • Tryon Laundry may rely on pre-service inspection records • Photographic evidence may be used • Final decision rests with management
Customers are requested to collect their items or arrange delivery within the stipulated period
after completion notification.
• Collection or delivery must be arranged within 15 days
• Storage charge of ₹500 per week per order will apply thereafter
• Items may be shifted to off-site storage after 45 days
• Release of items is subject to full payment of service and storage charges
Orders remaining unclaimed for a prolonged duration despite communication attempts will be
deemed abandoned. In such cases, Tryon Laundry reserves the right to discard the items
without further notice, and no claims shall be entertained thereafter.
For high-value or bulk orders:
• Advance payment may be required
• Orders exceeding ₹20,000 may require up to 50% prepayment
Processing begins only after payment confirmation.
Service timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
• Item condition
• Complexity of work
• Material type
• Workload
• External factors
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
