Service Coverage
We provide services across Delhi NCR through doorstep pickup and delivery.
For customers outside Delhi NCR, items can be sent to us via courier. Return shipping is
arranged after completion of service.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery services are scheduled based on availability. Customers are required to be
present at the selected time slot. In case of rescheduling, prior notice is required.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping is free for prepaid orders across India.
Customers are responsible for sending their items to our facility when using courier services.
Cash on Delivery orders are subject to an additional handling charge of Rs. 100 per order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after items are received and inspected. Service begins only after
confirmation of final quotation and approval from the customer.
For high value orders exceeding Rs. 20000, advance payment may be required before initiating
the service.
Delivery Timeline
Service timelines vary depending on the condition and type of service selected.
After completion, delivery is typically completed within 2 to 5 working days depending on the
location.
Delays may occur due to operational, logistical, or external factors.
Tracking and Updates
Customers are informed about order status during the service process. Tracking details are
shared once the item is dispatched.
Transit Risk
While we ensure secure packaging and handling, Tryon Laundry is not liable for delays,
damage, or loss caused during transit due to third party courier services or unforeseen
circumstances.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may be rescheduled. Additional
charges may apply in such cases.

Advance Payment Clause
To ensure efficient processing, Tryon Laundry may require advance payment for high value
orders. Orders exceeding Rs. 20000 may require up to 50 percent advance payment before the
service is initiated.
