REFUND POLICY
At Tryon Laundry, all services are customized and irreversible in nature. This policy outlines
refund conditions.

All services are non refundable once the service process has started.
Before Service Initiation
If an order is cancelled before the service begins, a refund may be considered after deducting
applicable charges.
Service Limitation
Results may vary depending on the condition, material, and age of the item. Dissatisfaction
based on outcome does not qualify for a refund.
Incomplete Service
If a service cannot be completed due to technical limitations, a partial refund may be issued
after evaluation.
Damage or Loss
Any claim regarding damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Resolution will
be handled as per company policy and liability terms.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
